Session Manager Firefox Plugin

Session Manager Firefox PluginOne of the disadvantages in Firefox browser is (of course a Major of IE) browser crash that happens occasionally. When it happens the inevitable thing is loosing all your opened Tabs and their Contents ultimately. To solve this, and also add extra features to Firefox that you would definitely want to have, a Add-on for Firefox in the name Session Manager is being available for almost a year.

This Add-on adds a Icon in your Address Bar that looks like a Floppy Disk and allows you to do the following things:

  • Save current Session (whatever is open in the Browser at that time)
  • Get Previous Browsing Sessions (you can define how much you want to hold)
  • Delete previously stored Session and Modify them as you wish
  • Reopen any accidentally closed Tab or Window

One of the greatest advantage of this Plugin is, it automatically detects Browser Crashes and immediately shows a window helping you to restore the Browser with all the contents you had before it’s crash. Also, you can define it (in options of course) to popup every time you open the Browser to help you restore a previous session or cancel and begin new session.

Try it out and let me know your comments…
